Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at HandpanCare. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve laced it. If you don’t receive the email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is specially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

When placing your order please consider these factors when calculating the estimated delivery date.

  • Order processing: The amount of time it takes to prepare your order for shipping. This typically takes 1-2 days.

  • Transit time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our premises and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

HandpanCare is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

HandpanCare is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If you are offered insurance, but not accept it, we can not be held responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipments

HandpanCare does ship internationally with a few exceptions. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tarif dutty, taxes handling fees, custom clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you’re ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
